Care Assistant Nocturnal Recruitment are looking for experienced Care Assistant with previous experience of working with Learning Disabilities, Elderly, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Mental Health, Sensory Impairments, Autism / ASD required for ongoing shifts across East Sussex County. Personal care is a must as some clients are less able than others and need assistance. You should be an effective communicator with a person-centred approach to your care delivery. Your role as a Care Assistant will be supporting them in all aspects of life to help them achieve dreams and aspirations in all aspects of their life, they can display challenging behaviour at times so you must be experienced in providing care and support to individuals with Learning Difficulties, Mental Health Difficulties or Elderly Care.
