We are looking for a qualified teacher for a very small class of year R/1/2 children (15 pupils). We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic and talented teacher to join our friendly, hard-working and supportive team. The class have use of a double classroom and an outside area. Platts Heath is a small school with three mixed age classes and is part of the Aspire federation.
We are looking for an individual with the ability to maintain and develop the high standards of teaching and learning that exist within the school and to provide strong foundations for our youngest pupils. In turn we are able to offer you the opportunity of working with children who are highly motivated, happy in their environment and display excellent behaviour patterns.
The school does have a significant proprotion of SEND and we would welcome practitioners who support our inclusive and nurturing vision.
We have a proven track record of supporting and developing teachers new to the career and so ECTs are welcome to apply.
