The school is seeking a qualified and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs within a mainstream primary setting. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and have proven experience working with children with SEND in a UK school environment. This role involves providing tailored support to enable pupils to access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally. Responsibilities include implementing individual education plans, assisting with daily routines and personal care when needed, monitoring progress and behaviour, and working collaboratively with teachers and external professionals to support learning goals. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
