We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Services Manager to join our team. This role offers a salary of up to £32,000 per annum plus service charge and operates on a rota basis of any 5 days out of 7.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Restaurant operations. The role will be predominantly based within the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth service delivery, while also providing support within our Meetings & Events operations when required.
We are seeking someone with previous experience in a similar role (possible an F&B Supervisor looking for their first management role) within a comparable hotel or busy restaurant environment, who is confident leading teams, maintaining high service standards, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
This role will also include Duty Manager shifts for the Hotel.
