We are looking to strengthen our Admin Support team with an Administrator based at our Stepps office with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the Office Manager and your role will support our operational offices to provide a professional and efficient administration service.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Arranging meetings
* Arranging access passes and inductions
* Booking meeting rooms
* Liaising with security for visitors
* Liaising on arranging printing access at sites
* Managing supplies such as paper, tea, coffee, etc.
* Supporting document management for Oz T and his estimating team
* Fire Marshall duties
* First aider duties
* Managing hot desk requests
* Carrying out work in accordance with Company Safety Rules, Health and Safety legislation, and Environmental standards
* Performing responsibilities to the required standards
* Assisting in the implementation of any required process, system, or behavioral change
* Performing any additional duties as the role requires
Essential skills include:
* Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Attention to detail
* Customer service experience
* Previous administration and reception experience
