Prime Residential, a respected contractor, is seeking a Project Manager/Contracts Manager to deliver a £8 million new‑build project near Guildford.
Responsibilities
* Lead the new‑build project, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
* Manage the on‑site team, including a Site Manager, quantity surveyor and administrative support.
* Report directly to construction directors and maintain communication with head office.
Qualifications
* High‑end residential new‑build / refurbishment experience preferred (but not essential).
* Proficiency in programming with Asta.
* Carpentry background is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
* £70,000 – £80,000 per annum, based on experience.
* £5,000 car allowance.
* Company pension scheme.
