The Demo & Events Team are accountable for the delivery of Customer Service excellence direct to our customers and various stakeholders (including
Sales and Operations across the business) through written and verbal communication whilst ensuring full delivery of contractually agreed service level agreements are met.

About The Role
Reporting to the Handover Centre Manager, you’ll support customer enquiries across phone and email, manage event call-offs, coordinate demo fleet bookings, analyse customer data, and produce reports.
This role mixes office administration with hands-on tasks, such as moving vehicles on site, using EV charging points and handling keys. Some outdoor work in all weather is required.
You’ll also ensure accurate data entry and secure handling of customer information. Full training is provided — we’re looking for the right attitude, not just experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver first-class customer service via phone and email
* Complete admin tasks accurately and on time
* Work to daily schedules, meeting SLAs and KPIs
* Build strong relationships across Sales, Operations and other teams
* Process event call-off instructions and key management tasks
* Support demo fleet bookings and related admin
* Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely vehicle availability
* Identify and escalate issues to keep operations running smoothly
