Summary
Zerographic Systems Ltd is seeking a desk-based Photocopier & Print Solutions Engineer to support our managed print and document solutions. This position is ideal for someone with experience in print management or IT support who enjoys problem‑solving, system setup, and hands‑on technical work.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Remote Deployment of devices to customers across the UK
* Configure and manage Zerographic's print management platforms
* Implement, configure, and support Xerox Workplace Cloud and PaperCut environments
* Network and configure printers/MFDs, including:
* IP addressing
* Driver installation
* Scan-to-email/folder setup
* User authentication and access configuration
* Provide technical triage, diagnostics, and remote fault resolution for printers and MFDs
* Resolve print, scan, authentication, and connectivity issues
* Deliver desk-based technical support
* Collaborate closely with sales teams and customer support teams
Preferred Experience
* Experience with print management solutions.
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows domain environments)
* Previous support experience with printers, MFDs, or related print technologies
* Experience with Xerox MFDs is advantageous but not essential
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Background in photocopier repair or servicing
* Previous work in IT support or technical helpdesk roles
* Experience within managed print services (MPS)
