Advanced Analytics & Reporting Analyst - Middlesex offices/Home - hybrid working 3 days per week in the office - Salary negotiable depending on experience £35,000 - 50,000 - J12857

We are seeking a bright graduate with a minimum of 1 year post-university experience in an analytical role using SQL. Data visualisation skills using Tableau/PowerBI/Excel are essential. Suitable degrees include Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, MORSE, Economics, etc.
You should have a strong enthusiasm for problem-solving and a passion for data. You will be expected to provide analytical expertise, identify data gaps, proactively develop the data agenda aligned with business priorities, and challenge business leaders to become truly data-driven. A positive attitude and curiosity are ideal for this role.
Good communication skills, ambition, and a hunger to develop are required.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with core business areas to understand their data, reporting, visualisation, and analysis needs.
* Manage dashboards, visualisations, data sources, and continuously improve them.
* Deliver accurate data sets and visualisations within expected timelines.
* Structure problems and develop models to inform decisions.
* Consult with stakeholders and gain buy-in for ideas and approaches.
* Provide insights for critical business questions using SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel, etc.

* Proficiency in visualising data and presenting trends.
