We are looking for an experienced team lead to deliver a time-limited project focused on improving photo listings across our platform. This role will oversee a team of project associates responsible for reviewing, chasing and improving listing imagery. This is a hands-on role. Alongside managing the team, you will also actively contribute to day-to-day delivery, carrying out the same tasks you supervise to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. About the role Key responsibilities - Hands-on Tasks: Review campsite photo galleries in line with our guidelines, identifying opportunities to improve image quality and coverage Communicate with campsite managers to explain which images are required and why, and support them with enquiries related to photo requirements and uploads Proactively contact and regularly follow up with campsite owners by phone and email to support and chase the upload of good-quality required images until listings meet our photography guidelines Maintain accurate campsite account records Key Responsibilities: - Management & Leadership Train, manage and support a team of up to 10 photo coordinators Manage daily and weekly workflows, priorities and task allocation Carry out quality control checks to ensure work meets agreed guidelines and standards Track progress and report regularly on performance Identify challenges or bottlenecks and propose, implement and monitor solutions Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and updating processes, documentation and guidelines Act as the main point of contact between the team and internal stakeholders About you: You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. You have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for driving projects to completion. Work Requirements: Able to work 37.5 hours per week. Able to start immediately. Comfortable working within the UK time zone on a self-employed basis. Experience & Skills: Proven experience in account management, account coordination, or a similar role, ideally managing B2B accounts in a fast-paced environment (e-commerce experience preferred). Experience managing projects and coordinating workflows from start to finish. Strong people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Comfortable managing priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with online portals, SaaS platforms, or CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable). Confident using Google Sheets to manage workflows, track progress, and report on performance. Experience working with visual content, such as photography or vide,o is advantageous. Background in short-let accommodation, travel, outdoor/property management, or related industries is desirable. Personal Attributes: Highly organised, methodical, and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail. Internet-savvy and technologically astute, able to understand photography technical requirements and upload processes, and provide guidance to campsite owners. Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and emails. Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. Self-motivated, proactive, and driven. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
