Groomfield Recruitment are looking 2 Factory Operatives for their client based in Burntwood.
Hours of Work For Factory Operative:
Hours are : 0600-1630
Overtime paid at time and half and double time.
Pay For A Factory Operative:
£13.04 per hour basic
Overtime rates are paid at time and a half and double time
Post 12 weeks will increase to £13.89 per hour
Duties of A Factory Operative:
- Loading / feeding stock into machinery.
- Machinery minding.
- Unloading finished stock from machinery [Heavy lifting involved]
- General assembly duties
- Use of hand and power tools
- Ensuring Health and Safety policy is complied with at all times.
- Working within a team.
- Communicating as issues or faults.
- Lifting stock weighing up to 20-25KG .
- Labelling and palletising / packing.
