They are now looking for an Online Trading Manager to be based out of Slough or Milton Keynes, with travel to both locations. The role will be four days per week from the office, with one day per week work from home and comes with a company car due to travel across both sites. This is a cross functional role, with collaboration at the heart of it and as the Online Trading Manager you will take ownership of their eCommerce performance and growth, driving online sales by maximising conversion and ensuring products are presented in the most compelling way to optimise customer journey. You will use data and insights to shape trading decisions, deliver impactful merchandising, and test new ideas that enhance both customer experience and commercial outcomes. You'll be proactive, customer -centric, and able to thrive in a fast-moving digital retail environment.
