Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for flexible, ad-hoc assignments. Perfect for drivers who enjoy variety, competitive pay, and complete control over their working hours.
🕐 Shift Details
1. Weekday shifts available
2. Ad-hoc bookings — choose shifts that suit your availability
💷 Pay Rates (Inclusive of Advanced Holiday Pay)
PAYE
3. £15.00 per hour
4. £19.99 per hour (overtime)
PAYE Advanced
5. £16.81 per hour
6. £22.40 per hour (overtime)
✅ Requirements
7. Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
8. Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
9. Ideally 6+ months recent Class 1 experience (less may be considered)
10. Strong knowledge of drivers’ hours and road safety regulations
