Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing
* Set up and oversee the production line each day, making sure it’s prepped and ready based on the daily schedule.
* Follow and enforce all standard processes and procedures to keep operations safe and consistent.
* Keep a close eye on performance and product quality, working to keep everything efficient and on target.
* Spot and resolve any issues on the line quickly to avoid delays.
* Track line performance, order progress, and efficiency data accurately.
* Help train and guide new team members, ensuring they’re confident and capable in their roles.
* Keep the work area clean, safe, and fully functional at all times.
* Make sure team activities align with internal policies and industry standards.
* Share updates regularly with supervisors and flag any potential problems early.
* Take part in training to stay up to date with the latest skills and knowledge.
* Champion a safety-first mindset and follow all health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
* Prior experience leading a production line is a bonus, but we’re open to those who are ready to step up.
* A good grasp of manufacturing practices and product standards.
* Comfortable using tablets/computers and basic office software.
* Confident leading a team and encouraging others.
* Organised, with a strong ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
Nice to Have
* Experience in fast-paced production or FMCG environments.
* Access to your own transport is helpful, but not essential – the site is easily reachable by public transport.
Work Schedule
* Monday to Friday
Pay & Overtime
* Overtime rates apply:
* 1.5x pay on weekdays and Saturdays
* 2x pay on Sundays
