Wilmere Nursery School
Wilmere Lane is a wonderful nursery school in Widnes, providing children with home-from-home spaces to learn and grow.
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Office Manager who is interested in improving outcomes for children and is seeking a more administrative role, supporting the running of the nursery with both front of house and office duties.

About the job:
1. Working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to assist in the successful running of the nursery.
2. Developing existing organization and IT skills within a passionate team.
3. Interacting with parents daily to deliver a superb experience for current and prospective families.
4. Supporting the enquiry management process, including nursery tours.
5. Managing the domestic staff team and ensuring compliance with COSHH and Environmental Health inspections.
6. Managing staff ratios effectively.
About you:
1. Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an early years or school setting.
4. Understanding the importance of safeguarding.
5. Excellent communication skills.
