Wilmere Nursery School
Wilmere Lane is a wonderful nursery school in Widnes, providing children with home-from-home spaces to learn and grow.
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Office Manager who is interested in improving outcomes for children and is seeking a more administrative role supporting the nursery's daily operations, including front of house and office duties.

About the job:
1. Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to ensure the successful operation of the nursery.
2. Develop organization and IT skills within a passionate team.
3. Interact daily with parents, providing excellent experiences for current and prospective families.
4. Support enquiry management, including conducting nursery tours.
5. Manage the domestic staff team and ensure compliance with COSHH and Environmental Health inspections.
6. Manage staff ratios effectively.
About you:
1. Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in early years or a school setting.
4. Understanding of safeguarding importance.
5. Excellent communication skills.
