The Role :
We are seeking a passionate Science Teacher to work at a wonderful Secondary School based in Bury St Edmunds. As a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons across various disciplines, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to KS3/KS4 students. You are expected to develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities. With the help of the school's teaching assistants, you will also organise practical experiments and demonstrations that enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts.

Requirements :
* QTS is mandatory.
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Enhanced child DBS ( or the willingness to apply )
* 2 proven professional references
* Prior experience as Science Teacher
* Thorough understanding of the scientific concepts.
Your Responsibilities :
* Use creative teaching methods to make complex concepts easy to understand.
* Plan extra-curricular activities, oversee the science laboratory activities, assigning projects.
* Work with students and help them overcome their learning challenges.
* Conduct experiments, assessments and exams
* Ensure student safety while experimenting in laboratories.
* Monitor student's progress, communicate with students, parents and colleagues.
