An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders! We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people by leading support workers through example.
We offer competitive sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month), paid annual leave increasing after 5 years, and a rota-based schedule. This role involves working on days and sleep-ins, with shifts varying by home location.
Job role
Meeting the needs of children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in meetings and appointments
Assisting in implementing the Statement of Purpose
Carrying out tasks as directed by the Manager
Supervising in the absence of the Manager
Welcoming a diverse culture and creating a safe, family environment
Requirements
You must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations
Driving is essential due to location of homes
At least six months’ experience in children’s residential care and a relevant Level 3 qualification
