The successful Practice Administrator will provide efficient and effective
administrative support to the financial advisory team, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality client service. This includes handling client-related documentation, maintaining accurate records, managing schedules and appointments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Maintain and organise office files both physical and digital to ensure easy retrieval.
3. Prepare meeting packs, including reports and supporting documentation, ahead of client meetings.
