Live-in Carer (Driver) role at HFH Healthcare focusing on providing complex care to adults & children in the comfort of their homes in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams.

Qualifications
* You must be over 18 to apply
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Flexibility on travel – some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
* A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
* An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
* 6 months of previous care experience is preferable; full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates

Pay & Benefits
Daily pay rates up to £134.48, weekly pay up to £941.36. Typically, our live-in clients have clinical needs that require approx. 11hrs support throughout the day. Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, for a live-in carer wishing to work a 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off pattern (which equates to 26 weeks a year), earns up to £24,475.36 per annum. We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations. Pay rates are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.
