Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the daily operations team, ensuring every customer enjoys a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality experience.
* Actively monitor staffing levels, arranging cover when needed, and managing rotas efficiently.
* Be visible and approachable throughout the facility to check standards, support staff, and address issues promptly.
* Handle customer enquiries that require managerial input, ensuring a positive resolution.
* Work closely with the Sites Manager to address maintenance needs.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
* Serve as the main key holder, including opening/closing duties and emergency callouts.
Qualifications & Experience
* Confident, people‑focused leader with proven ability to motivate, guide, and support teams.
* Passionate about customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
* Experience in the leisure industry, ideally at Duty Officer or Supervisor level.
* Holds or willing to train for NPLQ and Pool Plant Operators qualifications.
* Flexible and adaptable, willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends (one in four), and bank holidays.
* Willing to relocate to, or already living in, the area.
