An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator with 2 years’ experience to join a well-established accountancy firm. This full-time role offers starting salary of £24,500 and benefits.\n\nAs a Payroll Administrator, you will be processing payrolls across multiple platforms and supporting clients with payroll compliance and reporting.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nProcessing payroll data accurately in line with PAYE, NI, and pension regulations.\nSubmitting reports in accordance with RTI legislation.\nHandling auto-enrolment and cyclical re-enrolment requirements.\nUploading pension data to relevant providers.\nPreparing customised payroll reports and wage journals for clients.\nAdvising clients on liabilities or making PAYE and pension payments on their behalf.\nRegistering new PAYE and pension schemes.\nResponding to client queries via phone and email in a professional manner.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\nPreviously worked as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Executive, Payroll Clerk, Payroll Coordinator or in a similar role.\nAt least 2 years’ accountancy practice experience.\nHave experience with Sage Payroll software\nKnowledge of Xero is desirable\nStrong technical understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and pension schemes.\nSkilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows.\n\nWhat’s on offer:\n\nCompetitive salary \n32 days’ holiday including bank holidays plus Christmas closure\nContributory pension scheme and life assurance\nSupportive and friendly working environment\nOngoing training and career development opportunities\nRegular team-building events and social activities\n\nApply now for this exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team and further enhance your career.\n\nImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
