IKEA Customer Delivery Centre is seeking a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to join our store leadership team.

* The start date of employment will be discussed during the interview.
* Starting salary of £32,000 per annum, based on competence and experience. Additional nightshift allowance of £2.25 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
* 40 hours a week, working 5 days, including 2 weekends per month.

What You Need to Have
* Experience in retail or logistics is required.
* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, delivering business results and developing teams.
* Ability to collaborate, prioritize, delegate, and give constructive feedback.
* Business-minded with a customer focus, able to meet budgets and goals.
* Good computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Capacity to implement structured ways of working.
* Clear communication skills.
* Positive attitude, balancing business objectives with people-oriented solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Manage the Fulfilment Operations team to ensure high-quality, cost-effective operations.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering confidence and growth.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
* Ensure efficient daily operations, contribute to goal achievement, and plan resources.
* Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
* Lead a team of 18-20 members confidently and clearly.
