Your ability to connect with people sets you apart. You understand not just what your customer needs but how they feel. You ask the right questions, explain your solutions clearly, and ensure your customer can get on with their day. You’re prepared for anything—there for your customers anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
* A communicator: Sharing your knowledge in a way that customers understand and feel confident in your solutions.
* A dedicated learner: Taking every opportunity to learn from others and gain knowledge, whether on the road or in training sessions.
* A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether fixing vehicles roadside or recovering them to a garage, helping customers get back on their way.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
* NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
* A full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have Category BE (towing), we’ll fund it for you.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
