As a Legal PA, you will provide high-quality, proactive support to partners and fee earners, making a tangible impact on the team's success. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Finance to support fee earners in improving financial performance, including billing, reporting, matter balances, and working capital management Collaborate with Business Development to coordinate events and conferences, maintain CRM records, and update CVs for bids, tenders, and pilot submissions Organise and attend internal and client meetings, prepare impactful reports, and assist with planning client events Manage end-to-end matter processes: ensure correct rate application, draft engagement letters, and liaise with the Business Acceptance Unit Conduct conflict checks and Client Due Diligence, ensuring full compliance with Client Matter Inception procedures Oversee file management, including WIP monitoring, billing, payments, matter closures, and archiving Provide full diary and travel management, including itinerary planning, resolving scheduling conflicts, and booking cost-effective travel solutions Ensure all meeting requirements are met, including preparation of materials, itineraries, and hospitality arrangements Deliver strong technical support to fee earners, proactively identifying and addressing any knowledge gaps Uphold risk and compliance policies, escalating issues to Partners or the Compliance team when necessary The Candidate A minimum of three years’ experience in a professional services or legal environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite A track record of delivering outstanding client service Strong ability to collaborate as part of a team while also thriving independently The Benefits & How to Apply Up to £34,000 depending on experience 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays - option to buy/sell 5 additional days Incentive birthday day off Private health & dental care Season ticket loans.
