Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a small company based in Horsham, West Sussex. This is a temp Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger support job opportunity to start ASAP. The Accounts Payable role will be processing accounts payable invoices, supplier statements, handling invoice queries etc.
Temp Pay rate: £14-15 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 9-5
Accounts Payable Assistant duties:
* Processing invoices
* Preparing payment runs
* Preparing and issuing Statements of Account for customers
* Handling and following up on any invoice or payment queries
* Supporting the office and finance team with any other duties
Skills and experience required:
* Experience working in an Accounts / Finance support / Accounts Payable type role
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Good IT skills
