Our Services Heathfield Apartments Supported living with 10 modern studio apartments, offering individuals the opportunity to pursue hobbies, develop new skills, and engage in enriching activities, all while receiving the support they need. Bryn Derwen A beautiful 6 bedroom house which has been renovated to a very high standard. The people we support take part in a variety of enriching experiences, including visits to popular seaside destinations such as Porthcawl, Aberavon, and Barry Island. North Lodge Set in the countryside near Bridgend, North Lodge combines scenic living with meaningful support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and autism. The home includes four individual flats, separate individual bedrooms, shared kitchens, communal lounges and a garden made for calm and connection. 5 Mill Row 6 Mill Row A four-bedroom supported living home for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. With accessible ground-floor bedrooms, open communal areas and a private garden, it offers both comfort and independence in a homely setting. Garth Mountain A lovely five bedroomed house set in its own extensive grounds with lovely views over the mountain.On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms as well as a spacious communal kitchen and utility room. There is ample outdoor space, and the house is within a short distance from the town of Maesteg. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of all six services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support. Inspire and motivate your team, providing coaching and development to enhance performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards, maintaining excellent governance and quality control. Build positive relationships with families, external stakeholders, and regulators. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to ensure financial sustainability. Drive person-centred care initiatives to support the well-being and independence of those in our care.
