Role: Air Conditioning Engineer (Foot Mobile)
Location: Central London (Zone 1)
Salary: £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Start: ASAP
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced A/C Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end commercial buildings in Central London. This is a foot mobile role – all sites are close together with travel expenses covered.
Duties:
* Planned and reactive maintenance on A/C systems
* Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
* Working on VRV/VRF, split systems, fan coils, and chillers
* Basic BMS interaction and reporting issues
* Compliance checks and completion of service reports
* Liaising with clients and on-site teams
Requirements:
* FGAS Cat 1 (2079)
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* Strong experience with VRVs, VRFs, splits, and fan coil systems
* Confident in client-facing environments
* Comfortable working independently on multiple sites
* Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance
Package:
* £50,000 per annum
