Facilities Team Leader
Permanent | Full-time | Leeds-based with travel to Manchester
Medlock Partners are supporting a leading UK law firm in their search for a Facilities Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of their Leeds and Manchester offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hands-on facilities professional to lead a small, dedicated team and ensure the smooth delivery of essential office and client services.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and motivate the facilities teams across both offices, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
* Act as the main point of contact for all facilities-related matters, coordinating responses and resolving issues efficiently.
* Oversee health and safety compliance, including building risk assessments and staff inductions.
* Conduct regular building inspections, monitor maintenance standards, and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
* Support office moves, refurbishments, and day-to-day operational projects.
* Manage budgets, approve team leave and training, and monitor performance to maintain excellent service levels.
What You’ll Need
* Strong people management skills and experience leading a facilities or office services team.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures (IOSH qualification would be an advantage).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience within a professional services environment is desirable.
