Lead Psychological Therapist/Practitioner Psychologist
Explore the opportunity as a Band 7 Lead Psychological Therapist/Practitioner Psychologist in the Children & Young People's Community Eating Disorder Service (CYP CEDS) within Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. This permanent full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a chance to lead and enhance a multi‑disciplinary team delivering modernised, evidence‑based child and adolescent eating disorder care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide evidence‑based psychological therapy, making autonomous clinical decisions about own professional practice.
* Offer clinical supervision, consultation, and advice on psychological therapies and psychological elements of care.
* Assist the Team Manager/Clinical Lead with operational duties and service development, including research and development activities.
* Lead service delivery within a community‑based multi‑disciplinary team, supporting children, young people and their families.
* Develop and embed the family therapy FT‑AN, FT‑BN approach at the core of service provision.
Qualifications & Experience
* Senior psychological therapist or psychologist with lead experience in child and adolescent mental health.
* Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
* Evidence of clinical leadership and experience in service development.
