1. Advise on drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related project documents.

4. Handle a broad range of construction-related disputes including mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
5. Open to 2–7 years’ PQE, with construction litigation or related dispute resolution experience.

Non-Contentious Construction (Renewable Energy Specialist) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17240)
7. Work on major Net Zero and clean energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
8. Requires 3+ years’ experience in construction law with energy sector focus.

14. 3–5 years’ PQE with construction or commercial law experience and an interest in specialising.
