Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected regional law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Kidderminster. Role
Commercial Property Solicitor (2–5 years’ PQE) | Kidderminster
Responsibilities
* Development matters including site acquisitions.
* Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property.
* Non-contentious landlord and tenant work.
* Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements.
* Property finance and development transactions.
* Title investigations and due diligence.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2–5 years’ PQE).
* Experience in commercial property transactions and leases.
* Ability to manage a busy caseload.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
* 25 days’ holiday + Christmas shutdown + Bank Holidays
