About the Role
As an iQ Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers who rely on ERP software to run their business operations - covering everything from finance and inventory to CRM, E-commerce, and business intelligence.
This is a dynamic role combining account management, solution consultation, and customer advocacy. You'll work closely with clients to support their digital journey, introduce new capabilities, and ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
* Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
* Identify business needs and recommend tailored software solutions
* Prepare proposals and support product/service introductions
* Lead annual service reviews to ensure satisfaction and drive improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and deliver customer value
* Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records
* Support marketing efforts and contribute to customer success stories
What We're Looking For
Required:
* Diploma in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* Full, clean UK driver's licence
Preferred:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A structured, methodical work approach
* Customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders
* Familiarity with ERP or accounting software
* Track record of meeting targets and managing multiple accounts
