We are excited to be recruiting for a Bartender based at Southbank Centre.
Location: Southbank Centre
Rate of Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week, Variable hours. Day & Evening shifts available
Key responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative signature drinks.
* Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and collaborate with management on ordering supplies.
* Offer expert recommendations on drink pairings and menu items.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
* Assist in creating and updating drink menus, incorporating seasonal trends and customer preferences.
* Support your team during busy periods, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Share your knowledge and expertise with fellow team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
