Salary: up to £35,000.00 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Role location can be flexible across Plymouth, Taunton, Truro & Exeter based on your location. This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd as our Van Team expands. This role can provide flexibility to candidates across the South West with options to be based in any of our current dealerships in Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton and Truro. We are looking for a Van Compliance and Fleet Coordinator to support the Van Management team, m anaging and maintaining key compliance, service and management platforms, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance and adherence to customer requirements. The role will involve m onitoring service schedules, MOT requirements, and customer service agreements, helping to ensure contractual obligations and service level targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will also be able to i dentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Maintain compliance portal Create and manage key business service & MOT requirement Manage Van predictive marketing portal Weekly compliance reporting on jobs outstanding completion, overdue service report and completed service document report. Weekly 5* Rater customer survey reporting Weekly CFA fleet suppression reporting S24h Xentry Administration. Assist with administering yearly customer key account labour rate reviews. Assist with daily monitoring of the DOC Identifying potential areas for improvement Yearly review of Van MA portal on My Van Service Maintaining the 1 Link platform for all Van sites Assist with administering customer SLA agreements. Ad hoc reporting as requested. Breakdown invoice administration & distribution. Assist/support Van management team. What We’re Looking For Previous service experience within the Motor industry, ideally Van Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills Admin & IT Skills Is This You?
