Teaching Personnel is currently seeking qualified teaching assistants to work in a 3-19 special educational needs school in Bournemouth. We are hiring for two full-time positions and one part-time role.
The position is initially temporary, with the possibility of permanent employment following successful completion of the probation period.
The Role:
As a staff member, you will be assigned to a classroom based on your experience and preferences. The pupils have diverse learning needs, including support for pupils with complex and profound needs, autism, and ADHD.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in education, care, or support work
* Experience supporting individuals with Autism or ADHD
* Qualifications in Health & Social Care, Psychology, or Child Development (preferred but not required)
* Ability to plan time off in advance
* Access to accredited training courses (free or discounted)

Pay rates include statutory holiday pay (12.07%). This is a temporary role, with potential for permanent placement later.
