Working Hours: 40 Hours contract
Salary: Starting from £45,000 -£55,000 + Benefits (based on experience)

Ofsted Primary Purpose of Job:
As a Registered Children’s Home Manager with a Level 5 qualification, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of two young people’s homes. You will ensure that the houses provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for a young person.

Ofsted Qualifications and Skills:
* Hold a Level 5 or above NVQ in Health and Social Care.
* Have 24 months of experience working in a residential childcare setting, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role.
