Working hours:Fulltime 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

The purpose of this role is to build communications across multiple channels and deliver them to our customers.
You will be responsible for working cross functionally to build and execute multi-format communications, ensuring they are received by our customers and reporting on performance.

You will work closely with the Campaign Managersand stakeholders across the business to advise on how communications should be built within each channel, suggesting optimisations to improve effectiveness, customerexperienceand performance. You will be responsible forthe build and delivery of communications, monitoring results, and providing insight to inform ongoing improvements.


What you’ll do

* Develop communications across multiple channels: Utilise the Webex Platform to design, build, and deploy personalised and dynamic emails, SMS, push notifications, and RCS communications, ensuring optimal customer engagement.
* Manage campaign schedules, ensuring flawless execution with a strong attention to detail to eliminate errors.
* Execute multi-format communications: Combine drag-and-drop tools, HTML coding, and advanced conditional logic to create dynamic and interactive emails, SMS, and other communication formats.
* Ensure campaign accuracy and compliance: Validate all campaigns against detailed requirements, meticulously reviewing content and logic to guarantee error-free execution.
* Identify opportunities to develop the platform capability: Identifying opportunities to enhance tools, processes and functionality to continually improve the quality and impact of customer communications. Build a roadmap of enhancements and work cross-functionally to deliver against the plan.
* Manage secure data transfers: Occasionally handle the upload of data to the Webex platform via SFTP servers, ensuring accuracy and security in data transfer processes.

* Previous technical understanding of Marcomms tools & systems desirable. Ability to build in a drag & drop tool and HTML with an understanding of how to build audiences in a data tool
* Exceptional organisational skills
