About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely understands the logistics sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing drivers and logistics staff, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in recruitment, ideally within logistics or driving
* Solid understanding of tachograph (tacho) laws and driver regulations
* Knowledge of different vehicle @types, including curtain siders, box trucks, and flatbeds
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement
* Sourcing and screening candidates for logistics roles
* Matching drivers to suitable assignments based on skills and compliance
* Building long-term client relationships and delivering excellent service
* Ensuring all placements meet legal and compliance standards
