What your day-to-day will look like:
As a supply teacher, you’ll step into classrooms where your presence makes an immediate difference. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure pupils continue to learn and thrive.
Your role may include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Creating a calm, structured, and engaging classroom atmosphere
* Building quick rapport with pupils to keep them motivated and on track
* Managing behaviour effectively and confidently
* Supporting learning across a range of abilities
In longer-term placements, you may also take on planning and marking responsibilities, allowing you to settle into a consistent role within one school.
