Job Outline:
The prime responsibility of the role is to work with the Human Resources Business Partner / Manager / Leader in ensuring the implementation not only of the human resources policy and procedure but to enact and create a motivated and harmonious working climate for all personnel. The role encompasses the need to be able to build relationships and draw upon excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively cope with differing scenarios of personnel management. As the role has access to personnel information the need to ascertain confidentiality and trust management is an absolute must.
What the role involves:
1. Supportive in driving recruitment strategy and maintaining adequate levels of potential candidates for interview and selection.
2. Provide an advisory, counselling and training service to management and all staff in matters relating to human resources management for the provision of good employee relations.
3. Ensure adherence to the company human resource policy and procedure through effective control mechanisms and remedial action i.e. disciplinary action, investigatory reviews, attrition.
4. Conduct and review feedback received from exit interviews and devise with line manager appropriate course of action/ enhancements as necessary.
