Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £85 - £95 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/ Long Term, Full time / Part time
Do you have the drive to support and inspire young learners in their education? GSL Education are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to work across schools in Doncaster.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will be:
* Support pupils’ learning across key stages.
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging classroom activities.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed.
* Encourage positive behaviour and participation in lessons.
* Help prepare learning resources and maintain a stimulating environment.
* Promote pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress.
Skills & Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children in a school setting.
* CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive and flexible attitude to supporting learning.
* A genuine passion for education and child development.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
