We’re looking for a Complaints Handler to join our rapidly growing Car Supermarket in Enfield, stocking over 1,500+ pre‑owned vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 (DOE) and a realistic first‑year OTE of £36,000+.
Job Title: Complaints Handler
Reporting to: Aftersales Manager
* Managing customer complaints via email, phone, and in person
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
* Meeting deadlines and closing aftersales tickets efficiently while maintaining high service standards
* Booking vehicles in for repairs and advising customers on timelines
* Gaining authorisation for additional work when required
* Negotiating repair fees and parts pricing with external providers
* Delegating repairs internally and liaising with the Warranty Company
* Arranging refunds for customers when applicable
* Completing all related administrative duties (courtesy car agreements, repair estimates, reports, etc.)
* Ensuring compliance with FCA rules and regulations
* Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
* Every other Saturday
* Basic salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Company events
* Enfield EN3 (must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting)
* Minimum 1 year experience in Aftersales/Complaints (required)
* Minimum 2 years experience in the motor trade (required)
* Experience in Car Sales/Customer Service (preferred)
