Job Description:
This role is within our Customer and Products entity, working in Mobility and Convenience Europe. The successful candidate will support the Branded Buying, Food Service, Partnership Management, and Offer Development & Sustainability teams with product set-up, pricing, promotions, and cost management.
This is a one-year fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in our Milton Keynes office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the central SAP system and resolve store scanning issues via the Shops & Valeting Helpdesk.
2. Support promotional activities in SAP.
3. Execute daily retail price and cost changes and set up new product lines within defined processes.
4. Assist the trading team with administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy in SAP.
5. Manage daily SAP error resolutions.
6. Ensure supplier invoices are raised promptly and paid on time.
Key Skills:
* Experience with SAP.
* Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Attention to detail and data handling skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
