Demand Planner
Location: Andover, Hampshire (Office Based)
Department: Operations
Reports to: Demand Planning Controller
Are you a highly organised and analytical individual with experience in stock planning, purchasing, or supply chain?
We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our Operations team in Andover. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product availability while optimising stock levels across a diverse product portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing stock levels to ensure excellent customer service
Forecasting demand, including promotions and new product launches
Placing purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring optimal stock cover
Monitoring supplier performance (OTIF)
Working closely with Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams
Supporting continuous improvement of planning processes
What We're Looking For
Experience in Demand Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, can-do attitude
ERP system experience (Microsoft Business Central advantageous)
