JOB PURPOSE
* Be the first line helpdesk support for staff utilising systems/applications/software, provide information, advice and guidance to staff at all levels.
* Support the implementation, operation, maintenance and ongoing development of systems/applications/software and related business processes, including any required testing. Participate in working groups and project teams as required.
* Deliver training to system users as required. Contribute to the training design and produce any associated documentation.
* Ensure any system periodic processing, production of reports and other routines are carried out accurately and according to timetables.
* Ensure that the integrity and accuracy of system/other information is maintained at all times, in accordance with industry best practice and compliant with all relevant information.
