What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
* Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle stock, cash processes, and inventory to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
What you'll need
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to delegate and motivate effectively
* Patience and a friendly approach, maintaining composure under pressure
* Passion for working as part of a team
* Proactive approach to colleague development and store operations
