Overview
Tooverseethetimelyandeffectivecompletionoftaxprojectssuchascorporatereorganisations,employeeshareincentivesandincorporationsetc.Implementingagreedstrategiestoreducetaxliabilities,whilstidentifyingfurthertaxmitigationopportunities.Developingdetailedprojectplanswithcleartimelinesanddeliverables,whilstalsoreviewingdetailedtaxanalysisofprojectsbeingcompletedbyothermemberswithintheteam,toensurestrictadherencetocurrenttaxlegislationandethicalstandards.Maintainstrongclientrelationshipsbyprovidingstrategictaxadviceandclearcommunicationthroughouteachprojectslifecycle.
KeyRoles&Responsibilities
1. Overseeandassistwiththepreparationofadetailedprojectplanforeachrestructure
2. Overseeandassistwiththecompletionofaprojectincluding,butnotlimitedto,instructingsolicitors,completionofrelevantHMRCfilings,andregularclearcommunicationwiththeprojectstakeholders
3. Preparestepsplanandcomprehensivetaxanalysisforprojects,clearlydocumentingthedifferenttaximplicationsofthestepsinvolvedwithreferencetotheappropriatelegislationandcaselaw,includingthefilingsanddeadlinesrequiredbyHMRCand/oroth...
