As a Maintenance Manager and a Head of Department, you will lead your department to ensure guests have an excellent experience. You will motivate your team, support the overall success of your department and the hotel, and maximise guest satisfaction. This role includes leadership through Leonardo Hotels’ people-focused programmes and clear progression opportunities to advance within hospitality management.
Responsibilities
 * Lead and manage the Maintenance/HOD team to keep operations running smoothly and coordinate with other departments as needed.
 * Be hands-on and prepared to work on fixes and improvements alongside your team throughout the hotel.
 * Share and apply expert knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems to develop and coach the team.
 * Understand hotel finances with basic budgeting and reporting responsibilities.
 * Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of facility operations and service delivery.
