We are seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and experienced legal professional with a strong track record and the ability to develop excellent relationships with partners and colleagues. As the Head of Department for the Commercial & Litigation Legal Team, you will have a proactive approach with the resilience and ability to constructively challenge. You will have robust knowledge of at least two legal areas dealt with by the team, namely, regulatory, prosecutions, employment, contracts, housing, civil litigation, with the ability to coach and mentor your team. Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
