Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in line with individual care plans, promoting dignity, comfort, and choice at all times

* Monitor and report changes in patients’ physical and emotional wellbeing to registered nursing staff in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate written and electronic care records in accordance with organisational policies and clinical governance requirements
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification
Registration and Compliance
* Understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards and safeguarding principles within adult health and social care
* Commitment to working within the Mental Capacity Act and Equality Act 2010
